Readiness Checklist

Our team at Central Florida Dust-Free Tile Removal wants to make the process of removing your floors as easy and straightforward as possible.

This checklist is to assist you in preparation of our arrival.

A $100 down payment is required before our arrival. Please make your payment here:

On The Day Before We Arrive:

• We will give you a call as a reminder.

On the Day of your Flooring Removal:

  1. Our team will be arriving between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM.
  2. In order to remove the debris from your home, we will need a clear path in and out of your home. Typically through your front door and a path through your garage.
Please keep a clear path outside of your home.
We need you to make space outside of your home for two trucks and two trailers.

3. We are coming to your home with TWO trucks and TWO trailers; Please having parking arrangements ready prior to our arrival. We will protect your driveway with heavy moving blankets as we will need the dump trailer as close as possible to remove the debris.

We collect all of the demolition residue in our large trailer and properly dispose of it.

To Minimize Delays:

5. Take down Wall Hangings and Pictures in rooms having the flooring removed. (Vibrations might make them fall.)

NOTE: In the Florida Climate with high heat and humidity, it is required to run the A/C (Minimum 73-75 degrees- to reduce the humidity) during the flooring removal process to ensure that the vacuum filters self-clean properly. This is necessary for the vacuums to operate efficiently and capture dust during the removal process.
