Central Florida Dust-Free Tile Removal, LLC requires the homeowner or representative to be present:

1. For our arrival to facilitate initial walk-through and verify flooring measurements.
2. The homeowner or representative is also required to be Present for the final walk-through.

We are coming to your home with TWO TRUCKS and TWO TRAILERS.

Our Trucks and Trailers take up a lot of real estate….
Please have parking arrangements ready prior to our arrival.

CLEAR ALL COUNTERTOPS AND OPEN SHELVES.

Items Inside of Cabinets can Stay.

CLEAR THE FLOOR AND BOTTOM SHELF OF PANTRIES AND CLOSETS

that are having the floors removed.

CLEAR THE FLOORS OF:

Furniture, Area Rugs, Pet Bowls, Dishes, Trash Cans, Clothes, Toys and Personal Belongings in rooms having the floors removed.

REMOVE WALL HANGINGS AND PHOTOS

The Vibrations could cause them to fall and break.

HAVE CLUTTER MOVED OUT OF THE WAY

from areas around the flooring removal.

We need room for equipment placement and the Team to Work.

HAVE CLEAR PATHS THROUGH THE HOUSE, GARAGE and DOORWAYS

to Removal Debris.

CLIMATE CONTROL

NOTE: In the Florida Climate with high heat and humidity, it is required to run the A/C (Minimum 73-75 degrees- to reduce the humidity) during the flooring removal process to ensure that the vacuum filters self-clean properly. This is necessary for the vacuums to operate efficiently and capture dust during the removal process.
